Lara Semi-Automatica 2.0: the semiautomatic machine for B-Caps

Lara Semi-Automatica 2.0 was specifically designed for the B-Caps project, which we have been working on for years with our Spanish business partner Larranaga Comercial. You can read more about the B-Caps project by clicking on this link.

Lara Semi-automatica 2.0 is a benchtop machine installed on wheels that takes care of the filling and insertion of the sealing disc inside the B-Caps capsules.

The B-Cap is moved from the filling phase to the closing phase thanks to a rotating support manually managed by the operator. This allows the B-Cap capsule to be kept on the support to prevent accidental spillage of product.

The rotating support can be disassembled to enable the replacement of the filling syringes .

The format change is easily carried out by changing the discs on the rotating base, which will correspond to the different diameter of the B-Caps used.
