- Electronic Volumetric Filling (Viscous Products): Ideal for gels, creams, and serums. It features 4 electronic volumetric dispensers and pneumatic valves that draw the product from the hopper, dosing it with extreme precision through dedicated needles.
- Mechanical Volumetric Filling (Liquids): Designed for liquids products. It relies on 4 mechanically driven volumetric syringes and it is adjustable for dosages from 5 ml to 200 ml. Morevoer, a pneumatic suction system on the fourth needle ensures that the product level in the bottle is always flawless and consistent across batches.
The Smart Touch: Both systems can be deactivated via software from the control panel, thereby making production changeovers quick, clean, and completely stress-free.
Capping Versatility: A System for Every Closure
The capping phase is where the Mono P6 showcases its modular nature. Accordingly, this model is engineered to accommodate various interchangeable heads based on your packaging needs:
- Crimping Head: Specifically for perfume pump sprayers.
- Pressure Head: For inserting collars or over-caps.
- Screw Capping with Anti-Rotation: For screwing on pump sprayers or screw caps with constant torque.
- Pneumatic Head: Dedicated to bottles with trigger sprayers.
- Integrated Safety: A network of photocells monitors the process, ensuring that no bottle leaves the line without the cap being correctly positioned.
Intelligent Control and Personalized “Recipes”

Thanks to the ASEM (HMI) operator panel, you can monitor every alarm and, most importantly, save speed and dosage settings into convenient “Recipes”. Simply select the saved format name, and the Samas Mono P6 automatically adjusts. End of Line: Pneumatic Pick & Place
Finally, the cycle concludes with elegance. A pneumatic Pick & Place system automatically extracts the bottles from the pucks and places them onto the output conveyor belt, ready for final cartoning or packaging.
