Our filling, capping and assembling machines are customized according to customers’ requests. All commands are centralized on a single control panel. In the case of fillers, it is often possible to set the dose electronically and save it as a recipe.
Our solutions can handle containers of different shapes and materials and be equipped with a wide variety of filling systems and closing devices. Thanks to the use of dedicated tools, it is possible to include targeted control phases in the process of the machine, which allow high precision in the dosage, verify the correct processing and automatically report or discard non-compliant elements.
The projects carried out by Samas Italy Srl are part of the Industry 4.0 plan for the purchase of machinery and software and are equipped with a remote assistance system for remote diagnostics.
Our filling machines are CE marked. Upon prior request, the materials used are accompanied by the necessary certificates for the reference sector: food, chemical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, diagnostic or pharmaceutical.
