Features
Samas Unica is a monobloc machine with a compact stainless-steel structure, designed to fill and close 10 and 15 ml Unicadose® vials.
The machine process involves opening 143/99 10ml/15ml Unicadose® in a single operation by suction.
The second phase is dedicated to the simultaneous filling of the vials, followed, optionally, by nitrogen injection.
The closure of all vials is carried out at the same time, under vacuum, to eliminate the air inside the containers and by means of a pneumatic system.
Optional Feature – DPG Extractor
The DPG Extractor was created to speed up the extraction of UNICADOSE® vials from the cristallisoir. It extracts all the vials in a single step. It is activated by means of a double button system, which involves the use of both hands and prevents possible accidental contact with the machinery in motion.
