Features
The dispenser is fed by compressed air at a pressure of 5-6 bar. The dose of product to be dispensed is easily selectable between 10 and 380 cc by means of the handwheel and relative counter located in the rear part of the machine.
The machine can work in manual mode, by means of a pneumatic pedal, or in automatic mode (very useful for washing the system at the end of the work). The various components are connected by tri-clamp connections that make disassembly for cleaning and maintenance quick and easy.
The parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and with gaskets and seals suitable for the product.
The hourly production is about 500/600 pieces per hour (250 ml). The machine is complete with base for the positioning on the work bench.
