Features
The linear machine consists of automatic filling and closing monoblocs, easily customizable and connected by a single conveyor belt.
The connection space between the monoblocs makes it possible for the operator to carry out various operations, such as manual insertion of the cap or checks on filling levels.
The machine can also be equipped to take care of the above steps automatically.
The machine has a touch-screen control console which allows for the storing of recipes and controls all the monoblocs from a single control point.
The production speed can be doubled in the double index model.

This model of linear machine handles the product by means of volumetric syringes. It is equipped for the insertion of collars on perfume spray pumps. A three-finger pneumatic head allows for the insertion and closure of pump caps for soaps.

This model of linear machine handles the product by means of different systems, in accordance with the different density of the product to be dosed: the electric actuators and the heated hopper with mixer are necessary for thick products and creams; the volumetric syringes handle gels and liquid products.
