The oil in the external tank is heated from heating elements and heats the product in the internal tank through thermal induction.<\/p>\n<p>Our new melter aims to reach the <strong>same temperatures<\/strong> as the traditional one, but reducing energy consumption and costs with the <strong>elimination of the oil bath system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As a matter of fact, our prototype consists of an <strong>only tank<\/strong>, with an <strong>external insulating system<\/strong> and <strong>fixed heating circuits<\/strong>. Our heating circuits use <strong>less electricity<\/strong> than electric heaters and <strong>successfully heat in a shorter time<\/strong>. Moreover, the insulating system can be opened and disassembled from the melter to facilitate its cleaning, maintenance and control.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the elimination of the oil bath system prevents the internal product from coming into contact with the oil, avoiding possible contamination, for example, in the event of a weld failure.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about Samas Melter, write to<strong> info@samasitaly.com<\/strong>.
