This <strong>PTFE<\/strong> format represents the more concrete alternative to glass ampoules, to avoid the problems associated with the possible dispersion and ingestion of glass micro-fragments.<\/p>\n<p>A few years ago, <strong>in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sgh-healthcaring.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eskiss Healthcaring<\/a><\/strong>, holder of the UNICADOSE\u00ae patent, we designed <strong>Unica<\/strong>, a monobloc machine with a compact stainless-steel structure, which is excellent for companies starting their production.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, however, the direct contact with our customers has highlighted more precise needs, which have led us to develop a new project for the management of this type of vials.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>new Unica Plus<\/strong>, which is currently in the design phase, provides for the <strong>automation<\/strong> of some phases, a station for <strong>cleaning UNICADOSE\u00ae vials<\/strong> and the inclusion of <strong>new controls with the possibility of automatic rejection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The use of easily replaceable <strong>pucks<\/strong> containers aims to simplify the format change from 10 to 15 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the filling system will consist of <strong>very high precision volumetric syringes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For further information, write to <a href=\"mailto:info@samasitaly.com\">info@samasitaly.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UNICADOSE\u00ae vials are a new type of packaging dedicated to single doses of liquid products.
